I really wanted to overlook the negative reviews and like this place, especially since my usual restaurant has become more expensive with smaller portions and lower quality. Unfortunately, I have to say this food is quite disappointing. The Thai cuisine here is not up to par at all! The Panang Curry lacked flavor and seasoning, and the chicken was bland, tough, and rubbery—almost criminally so. The shrimp rolls were among the worst I’ve ever had; they were overloaded with dough, and the dipping sauce tasted like a cup of sugary syrup. The Thai iced tea was acceptable, but sadly, I won't be returning. On a positive note, they do attend to special requests, which is worth mentioning. Still, ov...

Situated in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of DC, right on Connecticut Avenue, this restaurant's biggest advantage for us is its validated parking, which is a rare find in this area where parking can be incredibly difficult. The food is delicious, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, it's really the parking that makes it stand out. Takeout is also a great option. We make it a point to dine here at least once whenever we visit our son.
They forced 18% tips after we got a very bad service, and we three people spent 135 for the bad taste dinner, which is insane, for this price, why don’t we go to dc for a better restaurant. And also, forced tip is not a thing allowed, but we don’t want to argue anymore, and we won’t come again and recommend to any of our friends. The staff left a very bad impression just for $20, I gotta say they don’t know the business at all
I don't know how one screws up fried rice, or pad see ew, but this place managed to destroy both. Everything was inedibly sweet, like they doused both dishes in sugar. The pad see ew was literally in a puddle of sugar sauce. Totally inedible. The Tom Ka Gai was also deeply disappointing, but at least didn't risk instant diabetes.Food: 2/5 Book a table now
Pretty good Massaman Curry New!!! It was sweet, spicy, and savory though Id liked less sweet flavor. It came with a side of rice. The Thai Iced Tea was perfect sweet, milky, and strong tea flavor. Note: I ordered this to my hotel and there werent any utensils or napkins in the bag so make sure to request if needed
We stopped here to eat after a visit to the zoo. It is in the shopping center right next to the exit for the Cleveland Park Metro station. Very quick and delicious food. I had the shrimp ka pow (they can adjust the sauce to be mild or medium spice level). And I also tried the chicken pad see ew. Both were tasty.
The Pad Thai and Thai Iced Tea were absolutely incredible! I typically don’t leave reviews, but this place was just too good not to share! They offer great vegetarian options, including a delicious tofu veggie version of Pad Thai.
This might be the best Pad Thai I've ever tasted. The tofu was incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend trying the Coconut Shrimp as well; it's delicious! If you love dipping, I suggest asking for an extra sauce. Book a table now
Three-Flavour Tilapia: 5/5 Tofu Lover: 4/5 (delicious flavor, but it would be better with some added vegetables; it’s just fried chunks of tofu with the sauce) Taro Pearls in Coconut Cream: 5/5
Always fresh and hot, orders are ready quickly. Pad Thai is very good, as is the Ginger Beef. Weve ordered many times from Paragon Thai and its always been consistently tasty.
