If you want to taste an excellent mussel outbreak, that's where you have to go. It's a treat! It will be served as tradition wants with garlic and beurred bread (don't ask for fries! there is no one and it would be a fault of taste). And the other seafood are excellent as well, as freshness and local products. Very friendly staff and which explains how to taste the excavation for novices. Reservation highly recommended.
If you come to Mornac on Seudre, go taste eightres, and cooked mussels on site with pine needles, which is called the splash. A real delight... This is all at the Park des Graves oyster shack located on the banks of the Seudre. Besides eating well, you will be well received. But a little advice, think about booking!!
