I called in to order my food and approached the counter, where a male and female employee were chatting with a customer. As the customer walked away, so did they, leaving me unnoticed despite being just a few feet away. Another customer then walked up, and the male worker immediately approached her to offer assistance. I took a moment to check the sign to ensure I was in the right place, and indeed I was. The lesson here is clear: customer service is crucial!
