I’ve been going to Park Ave for some years. It’s been around since I was a kid and was a place I would eat at with my father when traveling. I choose them for breakfast sandwiches before getting on the road with my family, as an attempt to introduce them to a similar tradition. Virtually every time I order our food it’s always wrong. Nothing complicated, bacon and egg sandwich with salt and peeper (egg well done) or an egg sandwich on a roll. Today has been yet another example of an easy order being wrong. Rob was very kind and accommodating and attentive to what I needed and even showed up 10 mins early for delivery! He's very easy to work with in terms of whatever you need and to top it off, the subs and chicken salad were soo delicious and fresh and came with all the fixins you would need! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking for great deli food! Will definitely be ordering from him for future occasions! This deli doesn't offer a wide variety of choices. The pricing fluctuates depending on the staff working the counter. The food in this area is a matter of personal preference. Unfortunately, spinach is not available as an option for breakfast or lunch. If you request anything to be toasted, it will come out lightly charred at best. Regardless of your preference, the result is always partially charred and not as toasted as you would anticipate.
I went to the restaurant at about 9am and we were the only ones there. We ordered two pork roll and egg sandwiches, one with grilled onions and one without. When we got home, one sandwich was incorrect - it had no egg, just pork roll. The girl at the register seemed confused. The pork roll needed to be cooked more and we were also missing the onions.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times for their breakfast sandwiches and have been consistently impressed. Unlike other delis, they don't skimp on the ingredients, serving generously stuffed sandwiches that are both delicious and satisfying. I can't wait to try their lunch menu next time!
place used to be good. my “ribeye” sandwich was more like a minute steak that was cook like a the sole of a shoe. i asked for medium. it was well done. they forgot my mayo…. do away with this place and put something better in there. with competent people. very lousy OVERPRICED
