Been here a hunderd times- was a slow night and lack of engagement was evident. Server was going through the motions- wasn't rude or anything but didn't recognize we were upset with some of the dishes by basically not eating them. Sweet potato app was on top of a massive layer of sauce that buried the potatoes. When asked what was on the season tomato salad she said its just a salad with tomatoes. What she didn't say was that it would be on top of a drowned green godess dressing and were cheap $2.99 red cherry tomatoes- nothing season there- disgusting dish. Then my husband ordered a burger with extra pickles and there were none. They used to bring a side pickle container to all the tables....
We were greeted with smiles and compliments! The host complimented my perfume (Le Labo Santal) and immediately seated with no wait! Savannah was our waitress and she was wonderful!! I commented on her nail color (Cajun Shrimp) because it looked absolutely fabulous! She was quick with our drink and food order and didn’t bother us she knew we were two people out to dinner to catch up! She even took our picture so we could remember our night. The food was phenomenal. After every bite we just kept saying “wow”. I highly recommend this restaurant !
Our experience happen to be eventful, after finishing dinner, my son's chair leg broke from under him. He landed on the floor and immediately got up, instead of facing embarrassment. I needed to notify the staff of what just occur. It took several minutes for any staff personal to assist .
Park West is always consistently good. Wonderful selection and staff fabulous. Cloudio, a manager, is so welcoming and sees that your dining experience is great. We go at least one a week. Book a table now
