I booked Parker's Hilltop because it was in Clarkston and close to DTE Music theater and we were going to a concert. The place was very spacious and very nice! I would love to sit at the bar next time I come. The beer I had was amazing and the pierogis where delicious! Oh, and the fried pickles were soooooo good!!! This was a great place to enjoy some great food and drinks before hitting a show at DTE which is usually when I go out to Clarkston. Would definitely recommend to anyone
After months onend of watching their construction process with great anticipation, Dave Parker's Hilltop Brewery finally opened. Although we didn't make opening day, a few family members and I were able to get there for dinner on Day and enjoyed everything about this new neighborhood gem! Congratulations, Dave Parker, and welcome to Clarkston, Hilltop Brewery
We enjoyed the cherry smoked pork to share as an appetizer and I ordered the sea bass while my partner had the filet mignon. The food was all delicious, and the drinks were fantastic too. My partner tried some beers while I indulged in the delicious apple wine. We will definitely be returning. It was a wonderful date night!
Lots of potential for the first week being open they are still working out the bugs in their service. However, the menu is very interesting and the parolees that we had were excellent and unique. Once they are firing on all cylinders I think this will be an excellent pub and grub destination Book a table now
The food and ambiance were excellent. Lorraine provided exceptional service as our waitress. This was not our first visit and we will certainly return!
Everything is always spectacular at Hilltop brewery. Always a fun time!! Dueling pianos and dinner was an awesome time tonight!!
It was opening weekend so it was extra busy! But the staff did a great job! It is a very cool place. Can't wait to go back
