For such an iconic restaurant, the experience fell short of expectations. My wife an I dined there on Valentine's Day at Making a reservation through Open Table was easy. We started out with two appetizers: my wife had the Clam Chowder and I had the Lump Crab Cake. The Clam Chowder was average, could have used more seasoning and could have been a little thicker with a bit more clams and bacon. The Lump Crab Cake was OK too, nothing to write home about. PM is one of what I consider "top drawer dining" restaurants. Customer focused staff- courteous and attentive to your needs. Good people skills are evident.The food as always is second to none. My wife and I had a lovely conversation with the manager/co-owner. Our server was a gracious young woman. Our experience at PM today and always was a "reason to come back again" experience.
We dined at this restaurant for the first time for Father's Day. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. It felt upscale in decor and atmosphere and the full-bar area looked like a place I'd like to return to. Service was very good also. Everyone was impressed with their meals and we had an enjoyable time. Would definitely return.
The breakfast was delicious, and not overly expensive for a fine-dining restaurant. The inside of the hotel and restaurant is beautiful and the service was great

Excellent food lovely buffet and excellent a la carte items, especially the hash! Service was attentive but never intrusive. We are regulars
