Die Brasserie ist das Zweit- oder besser Tagesrestaurant des Gourmetlokals, das ausschließlich abends geöffnet ist. Der junge Florian Kurz aus der Betreiberfamilie hat hier den ersten Stern erkocht und wirkt bisweilen an Kochevents mit renommierten anderen Köchen der Umgebung mit. Da wollte ich schon länger mal hin, nun, heute hat's geklappt. Nein, ich erwarte nicht, dass der Meister jetzt höchstpersönlich Löffel und Messer fliegen lässt, eine Küche auf Sterneniveau sollte auch ohne den Chef ansprechende Leistungen zum Gast rausschicken.
