UPDATE 2/26/23:I spoke with a representative from Parlour who among other notes explained that the service charge will always be removed upon request. So as an update to my review and those who are considering dining here you should know that the charge is optional. I did challenge her about the wording of the charge on the menu as this is not clear or even mentioned as an option but sadly it seems that the teachability value for Parlour and their desire to improve ended there... I have not heard back since my suggestion in my reply to their email. ORIGINAL REVIEW:Parlour had some menu items that sound better on paper than they are executed. I ordered the BBQ grilled cheese and loaded fries....

Really good service friendly bartenders and servers. The food was hit and miss. We tried the country fried steak which was not great the crust was a little soggy and the gravy tasted like the flour hadn't been cooked out enough but the Parlor burger and fries were wonderful. Great cocktails! I recommend the **** and the peach cobbler if available, it was the cocktail of the moment.

Cheerful and professional service from Sydney. Great artichoke dip and nice smooth lattes. The hibiscus orange tart has great flavor, but a little odd in texture for me. A wonderful option within walking distance of the XCel and Science Museum.

Arguably the #1 burger in the city is supported by an excellent menu, I recommend the chicken dumplings and mac cheese. The cocktails here are absolutely top tier including one of the best old fashionds I have ever had!Food: 5/5
