I have been to this restaurant twice. My overall understanding is that although their team would generally like to serve their customers nicely but they are very poor on that skill. On my first visit the table was in the outdoor section and the ground was not level so not only the table was bouncing all the time my chair was not standing straight neither. At some point I had to ask them to change my table while the other one was only a little better. My second visit was on a Yalda event. Although they have charged in advanced to make sure they are fully booked, they have obviously over booked so half of our table was literally on the way of the exit door towards the outdoor buffet area. We went to celebrate Yalda night with a dinner reservation, specifically ordering a vegetarian meal in advance when purchasing our tickets. When the meal arrived, the waitress assured us it was vegetarian. However, as we were eating, we discovered there was beef in the Ghormeh Sabzi. It turned out that they had missed removing some meat, selling a non-vegetarian dish to us while claiming it was vegetarian. We expected the owner to have some basic moral principles and inform us about the mistake, offering a refund. Surprisingly, the owner didn't apologize and seemed upset that we were dissatisfied with being misled into paying for something we didn't consider edible. She said we could come bac...

lack of honesty! lack of moral integrity! We went to this place for Yalda night and were promised vegetarian food. Almost everyone had finished eating when they finally served us what was supposed to be vegetarian. To our dismay, we discovered shredded meat in the gheymeh and ghormesabzi. Apparently, they forgot that we ordered vegetarian food when we purchased the ticket for Yalda night. Instead of being upfront about the mistake and offering to fix it, they claimed that the food was vegetarian, suggesting that the meat ended up in our plate because the server used a spoon that had touched meat.I've been a vegetarian for nearly 12 years and have dined at many restaurants, including those ser...

The restaurant setting was inviting, and we prepaid $75 per person for the Yalda’s night celebration, specifying vegetarian meals for four. Unfortunately, during the meal service, we found no vegetarian options, only white rice and grilled tomatoes. Despite requesting the promised vegetarian meals, it took nearly an hour for them to bring two visually appealing stews (gheimeh and ghorme sabzi), which, to our disappointment, contained a trace of meats. It became evident that they had manually removed meat from the stews, falsely claiming them to be vegetarian. Alongside, they served a pomegranate dish that was rotten, adding to the overall unpleasant experience of being deceived with non-vege... Book a table now

I wasn't entirely sure what to order, but I decided to go with the lamb shank. It was bursting with flavor and came with a side of rice that was equally delicious. I would not only order it again but also recommend it to anyone looking to try something a bit different. We finished our meal with some nice warm tea. If you’re open to exploring new flavors and appreciate cultural dishes, I suggest taking your time to truly enjoy each bite. As for family-friendliness, this is a family-owned restaurant that feels very welcoming to families with children, not just couples.

We have been going here a couple times, and every time we go, the food and service becomes worse and worse. They charge very much for the terrible food they serve. The service is very slow as they have a large restaurant but only 3 waiters. I was not happy at all with my recent experiences and will not be returning.
