Definitely do not recommend getting a custom cake from here for any occasion unless you want to be disappointed. We ordered a cake a few days ago with a photo for reference and we were told they could make it. We picked it up today and it looks nothing like the picture. We went back and requested a refund but they said they couldn’t because we left with the cake. They honestly could of told us they couldn’t make it and we would of gone somewhere else but they agreed and now we have no cake for the birthday boy. We are very disappointed with the service we received. We have bought cakes from here before with no issues until now. Definitely will NOT be ordered anything from here again!
My girl ordered a plain simple happy birthday cake. We gave them days before we picked it up so they had time to get it ready. Turns out the lady attending the customer's was in a mood and did not want to talk to the cake maker to ask him why he had no written happy birthday on the cake but had time to add oreos to the cake which we did not ask for. All in all the customer service in this place needs to at least be more friendly because now my girl says we are not buying from there. And I liked there sweet bread. Careful when placing ur order make her repeat it back to u to make sure there's a understanding
Had a great experience in Parra’a bakery for my son!! It's a cute little business and as you can see in the photos, they did a great job to make my farm cake vision live. We even had a paralysing incident when we brought the cake to the party and they were happy to find a way to fix it. Both pictures look great! Had a marble cake with a Nutella moss filling, delicious and not too sweet. Recommended!
My daughter recently celebrated her 2nd birthday, and the bakery did a wonderful job with her cake. They perfectly executed our vision, and we were extremely pleased with the result.
