Probably the best steak I have eaten outside of the US. The quality of the meat was excellent and the hot stone cooking method meant we could cook how we wanted. Staff were helpful and friendly (even though English was limited and we spoke very little French or Italian) and the food was well presented and brought to the table at a nice pace for a relaxed meal. Free antipasti (bread, olives and dips) was brought to the table which were delicious. In addition the cost of the set dinner menu was pretty good for an expensive ski area in Switzerland (even in the summer). Really good experience.
