"I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. Even though I grew up in New Mexico and this isn't exactly what I consider traditional Mexican food, I still think it's delicious. I would describe it as Mexican-inspired cuisine. I also appreciate that they offer a great selection of local beers on tap."

The food is still very good with high-quality ingredients. But I stopped going for a while when they changed it, so you can?t go the line and choose your salsa, or have other options, ask questions and watch how they do it. It has been fun to watch them make it and now something is lost as you wait for them to deliver the Burrito you ordered and run away. I thought it was just a pandemic change, but it looks like it was permanent. The employees were more fun and the whole mood was better before. All right, the food is still good quality and the price is fair for it.

No fan of the new ordering process. I did the best fish on the planet. Now arrange and wait for your food. I can't remember my order, I need the person behind the counter to go through the subway style. This pre-order system let me forget to add and remove things to my tacos so they don't amazing. Also the place where you place the order is in a bad place. I'm trying to order and pay. I also meet the person who runs food from the kitchen. Feel eager and in the way. Parrilla has always been a 10 out of 10... But these changes dropped my assessment.

I went to Parilla for the first time during their takeover event. They had a lot of vegetarian options, and the staff was very friendly. The total bill came to $15 plus tip, which I found to be a bit pricey for what I got. The food was okay, but it didn't taste like a $17 vegetarian lunch. I would say it was decent, but not amazing. I don't think I will be going back again. It was too expensive, even for Bend. Also, the ambiance was not very pleasant.

This restaurant offers delicious homemade BBQ and a great vegetarian menu. The fire jambalaya is a must-try for a uniquely tasty experience, and they also have a variety of seafood options. The outdoor seating on the deck is very nice, especially during the summer. I have recommended this place to my friends!
