I ordered takeout chicken soup, and this is what I received: plenty of broth and carrots, but no potatoes, spaghetti, or chicken. This is the second time it’s happened with my takeout order, which is frankly embarrassing. I won’t be ordering takeout soup again. It seems like they reserve the best portions for dine-in customers. Meanwhile, I paid $30 for one large and one small soup, and both were disappointing.
The food was decent, but the customer service could use improvement. I waited for my order, and the woman at the counter completely ignored me. It wasn't until one of the servers asked her in Spanish whether I had been helped that she finally decided to acknowledge me. It felt quite rude.
This place is amazing! The staff is incredible, and the food is fantastic. I've never had a dining experience quite like the one at Parrilla!
I placed two orders and both times they forgot to include the sides. They really need to pay more attention when handling orders. Book a table now
