We placed an order at Pasha saturday night at 5.45pm as we had our family visiting us. We were told our order would be delivered 45 mins to an hour, our meal was delivered to us at 8.05 pm. We tried phoning pasha several times to try and check exactly what time our meal was going to be delivered but the phone was constantly engaged. We asked for one of the salads to be just lettuce and tomato.(which we did not get When our order eventually arrived it was cold. The delivery man said one of there drivers had not turned up for work . They ask for your phone no so they could have phoned us and told us it was going to take 2 hours 20 mins or even asked if we wanted to collect it. If they cannot d...
The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Not only did it take an hour and a half for the food to arrive, but when it did, it was cold and very minimal. The delivery person was talking on the phone while also overcharging me by £15.00. The staff were extremely rude. When I called to complain about being overcharged and the poor quality of the food, the person on the other end of the line said they were too busy to deal with my complaint and that I would have to call back later. We used to order from Pasha's regularly, but after this experience, we will definitely not be ordering from them again. I would advise people to double-check their bill when paying.
We ordered takeout tonight and went to pick it up. We were told on the phone by a rude staff member that it would be ready in 30 minutes, but it actually took about 50 minutes. When we got home, we discovered that our order was incomplete. We did not receive the calamari, cheesy chips, or pitta bread that we had ordered. Additionally, there was sausage included in a veg dish, even though we had specified no meat. The food we did receive was okay, but overall we were not impressed. It's a shame, as we have enjoyed takeout from this restaurant in the past.
I've used Pasha Kebab many times, But last couple of times have been disappointing. On this particular occasion I ordered online and husband went to pick up. He waited quite a time while there for our order and aside from getting half the order wrong the food was cold. Such a shame as this was a place I highly recommended to many people.. sad to see it's gone down hill. This is the second time I've had a bad experience here and I'm don't now i wont return. To be fair I've been very generous in my wording of the food we had tonight. Very disappointed

Bought kebab and chips for 2. The worst chips I have ever had, greasy, hard, cold and so brown they were weird. Called up and they said they had bought the wrong chips and hadn’t had chance to get any more- might have been nice if they told me before I left the shop. They said come back and we will refund the chips, don’t think I’ll bother somehow! The kebab was also cold. Definitely won’t be going back.
I ordered in person at the restaurant and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Since I live close by, I decided to go home and come back. However, when I returned after 20 minutes, I ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes. I was not impressed with the service.
Ordered large chips and I must say they were the worst chips we had ever had. They were white, hard, and just about warm. You couldn't even put them between bread to disguise the look and taste. £7 in the bin for two large chips, never again.
Kebab was very very good, delivered very hot. Later in the week we had a party and ordered good for nine people, delivered with two free bottles of pop, we all enjoyed I Very much but kept the pop to another day and drank wine instead!!

Nice and massive chips, tasty, not greasy. The chicken fillet burger was the best burger i've ever had and has nice batter coating it, a thick chicken breast instead of being ripped off with reshaped meat!
Love this place! Best chicken shish I've had for a very long time. Comes nicely put together with rice on the side and the dips are really tasty. Looking forward to my next tske out treat night!
