If you are looking for Mexican food in Colindres there is only one option and it is Paso del Norte, the food is 10 and the service is excellent, I recommend the nachos that are homemade and are to lick the plate (literally) and the very juicy ribs, the homemade dessert to taste slowly, it was exquisite.
