Six friends visited for an evening get together to celebrate the recent Birthday of one of our party. We had no idea what we would be eating as the owner chef Erica decides on the day. We had a choice of three different starters. Mine was delicious and the other choices looked equally as tempting. Erica makes all her own pasta. I chose pappardelle with a mushroom and cream sauce. There was also pappardelle with fresh vegetables and the last option was cannelloni, served with salad and fresh bread. Pasta Gusto doesn't have an alcohol licence, so we took our own refreshments. fresh pasta quickly cooked to order for a light and pleasant lunch. in the late afternoon shortly before the close aborted and she still managed to puff a bowl tagliatelle with aubergine, courgette and lens sauce with freshly grated parmesan for only £5.50 and on the table in less than ten minutes. the teig pasta is made fresh daily and separated in portions, so that it can simply roll out and run through the pasta machine when ordering. Previously on the day and for pre-booked evening dinner she has a few different sauce options to choose and sometimes filled pasta like ravioli or lasagne. can't wait for my next visit!

A friend and I went here last week and had the most delightful lunch. Erica the patron makes her own pasta in front of you while you’re having a coffee. There are a number of sauces. I had the home made pesto and my friend had butter and sage. The pasta is served with a couple of slices of focaccia bread really lovely. We followed that with a slice of Pear cake. Whilst we were having our lunch Erica was really busy with takeaways that had been ordered. I would thoroughly recommend this little gem. It’s quite small, 12 covers, so it would be best to book. It’s open daily 10-5

This is a unique experience in dining with an authentic Italian feel and homemade pasta. Intimate meal in this small but perfectly formed restaurant. Cannot fault it in any way as a couple who appreciate that something different and special quality that make a meal an evening to remember.
