"The food was beautifully presented and I must say that I enjoyed the ambience. How fast the service was will come back. The waiter knew the menu, seriously fulfilled. A satisfying place for a meal out, always have great food here and it usually does not cost excess amount. Great choice of food and drinks, definitely something for everyone."

I have learned from this restaurant through the TV show: Rach is looking for Germany's favorite restaurant. It won in the category Steakhouse and was second in the final of all categories. When we were back in Kiel, I thought I'd like to make my own opinion. We hadn't reserved, but we were there very early in the evening. We were received nicely and we were told that we were lucky, that a table had just canceled, otherwise all the tables were reserved. The restaurant is not very large but very finely decorated. Not sure about your preferences and in a more and more vegan world, I must make a confession, I love good meat! If you love passion for good food from fresh and local ingredients and especially if you love a good steak or fillet of beef, this is the place to go! It is insainly delicious and accompanied with a good selection of excellent wines and I make any bet you will not regret. Note that the place is popular and you need a reservation and it is also a more beautiful place than usual, which also means a little more expensive than usual. But good quality products have a price and here it is worth it. Strong recommendation from my side!
