We bought yesterday 2 Paris-Brest! It's a little the Madeleine de Proust of my childhood! What a nice surprise, in a revisited form, was hiding a creamy cream and grilled hazelnuts that I think! A real pleasure to taste.
The best pastry I've eaten at a chocolatier/pâtissier The quality of products, clothing and aesthetics are at the rendezvous... Chocolates are also very good!
