I have been to many Patisserie Valerie branches and have always been very impressed with the quality of food and service. We went with a voucher recieved as a wedding present. No booking required. We arrived and handed in the voucher and a huffy woman asked if we had booked, no we hadn 't. She the said she would need to check the voucher and it would be a minimum of a 20 minute wait. We then said that one of us was vegetarian, this again provoked more huffiness, as we should have ordered if we required a special diet. I asked for my voucher back in that case and we would ge elsewhere and use it at another branch, she calmed a little and explained that they only had Egg and cucumber sandwiche...
I bought some delicious food for my family. I was overwhelmed by customer support and how attentive they were. as a customer with certain food preferences (no gelatine from animals) was told to me about the personal what contained gelatine and what not, after I had mistakenly decided for a cake containing animal gelatine. I would recommend everyone to go down and buy some nice eating from here. I will definitely go back
divine lemon cheese cake plus many more quality, not too sweet baked and other types of tasty snack. great coffee and tee also. loves her green tee! bright open environment.
An alright coffee to take away. The staff however offer no niceties and are eating behind the counter, more interested in their friends than paying customers.
