I am only reviewing to complain about how this business has gone downhill. I have attempted to get food there three times recently to no avail. They are either closed early, out of key ingredients, or making dumb comments like oh we are out of most of the stuff because we are closing soon, soon being an hour. Even the line to getting nothing is waaaaaaaaay longer than it used to be when you actually got something at the end of it. I don't blame employees, I blame the quality control of the franchise itself, it is horrendous and sad that something like a taco bell is running circles around you. Good luck, the second star is for pity, i really hope you turn it around.
From now on, I’m going to call ahead to ensure she’s not the one preparing my food. Typically, at any Chipotle or Qdoba I visit, the staff is actively cooking because they're busy, which is a good sign. But this Chipotle has all its trays full, which raises some questions.
I'm really sorry, but I can't justify spending over $40 on a meal and not receiving what I've paid for. It’s so disappointing. Because of this one individual, I think I’ll find another Chipotle to visit.
Ordered pickup through the app and when we went to pick up our order a couple minutes after the estimated time, nothing was prepared and half the ingredients were missing in the store. They offered to make us the bowls when we got there but there was no white rice, no chicken, no steak, no corn, and no pico? hands down the worst chipotle experience I?ve ever had. We ordered around 8pm so it wasn?t even close to closing when we placed the order on the app.
If you're looking for a quick bite, better to avoid this one. The servers are more focused on preparing the online orders than the customers in front of them. It took 15 minutes for the three of us to be served because the servers were making 3 or 4 online orders in-between each of us. Super frustrating given that I was waiting to pay for all 3 at once. The restaurant was also a mess with paper and food over the floor.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is one of my husband?s go-to places for lunch quick fix and it?s super convenient even though the selections are limited. We had a Salad Bowl with Smoked Brisket which was a newly released and seasonal protein option. The portion was huge and we could even share with a group of two. The brisket was decent, braised tender flavorful and we hope it can be added to the menu permanently.
The Times Square restaurant was a huge disappointment. There was trash all around, the food lacked flavor, and the restrooms were dirty and only accessible with a code printed on the receipt. I noticed homeless individuals rummaging through the restaurant's trash bins. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The customer service was disappointing. The young woman working at the cash register was quite rude. It seems like she really dislikes her job, as she threw the receipt at me. When I asked her about the lid issue, she responded in a very unkind manner. I believe customers have the right to ask questions.
Typical Chipotle, but the wait is always crazy. My online pickup order was 20 minutes late and the in person lines always take a long time too. There are lots of local spots nearby that taste better, are the same price, and are faster.

Amazing place I had the Salmon Tacos. They were amazing with everything on them! The margaritas were done ok, we didn’t get the salt on the brim which was weird. But this spot hit the spot!!!
The best cocktails around, and the owner's presence makes it a truly special spot.
