It seems like I can't get anything from them without it being incomplete! I spent $40, and my order was missing ketchup for the roll-ups and marinara for the mozzarella sticks. This has happened five times in a row now. I've reached the point where I don't even want to order from them anymore. A year later, and they’re still making the same mistakes! The power salad is supposed to come with baby spinach, not mixed greens, and when I request extra honey mustard, I expect more than just one small container on the side.
I ordered a cheesesteak with mushrooms, mayo, and lettuce but received a cheesesteak wrap instead, with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The wrap wasn’t prepared correctly; it tasted like processed steak rather than real beef. The fries were old and served lukewarm. I used to enjoy dining at Pat's, but unfortunately, I won't be returning.
The food here is consistently fresh and delicious! I keep returning for the cheese ravioli. While I really enjoy the salads, I do think $32 for a large salad is quite pricey. I could get a similar option at Saladworks for under $20.
