Love Pattison's Patisserie for all things sugary and sweet. Glass cabinets filled with every kind of pastry, slice, biscuit, tart, eclair and cake imaginable. Ooh, the choice is immense! If you actually look at the sit down menu one realises that there is a huge selection of savoury dishes on offer too. Sandwiches, buns, pies, quiches.... the list goes on forever. Don't forget to grab a baguette on the way out! Coffee is good too. This store is beautifully decorated and I love the "on trend" hexagonal floor tiles used to create a stunning effect! Washed out woods add to the rustic French appeal also. A firm neighbourhood favourite!
Had coffee and a pie here today and been on many other occasions with friends/family (not my venue choice).Have always found the coffee to be OK and the food nothing special, however, it's the wait time that always is longer than it should be, you order at the counter, pay and receive a number in which you take back and place on your table.The place is always when busy very noisey and seating not particularly comfortable resulting in the experience not being pleasant.Many better places around!
Beautiful presentation of everything bread, sweet and savory. I usually just take takeaway bread rolls, but there are many people sitting at tables. Especially bicycle riders on Sundays. It seems to be a meeting point for them. Try the walnut baton bread. This is my absolute favourite that I cannot get at other shops.
I went to Pattison's place with my grandchildren on 12 June 17. Pleanty of space both inside and out. Good selections of pastry and lightfood. The kids had their favourites. Coffee was excellent. Moderately priced.

Pattersons is situated on a very busy corner with lots of traffic going along Mona Vale Road so I would suggest sitting inside. The coffee is of a high standard and there is a great choice of frshly baked goodies.
Lovely set up with both internal and external tables with a great selection of pastries to satisfy all tastes. Coffee is very good although mine seemed not hot enough.
Breakfast here this morning. Coffee was excellent and the toast and croissant delish. Bit early for the patisseries but they did look nice. Recommended.
I first came here over 16 years ago. Though I am not a regular these days I think Pattinsons is a classic. Great coffee ☕ and fantastic pastries.

Ansolutely Fantastic. Food is of great quality. Coffee is devine. Well run establishment. One of the only places I buy pies.
