I received my $10 thickshake along with the burgers and fries, and unfortunately, it had melted by the time I got it. The fries were cold as they sat against the shake. Additionally, the chicken patty on my burger was ridiculously small, and half of the burger didn’t even have any chicken on it.
I ordered and paid for a sauce that I never received, the chips were cold, and I got a tiny amount of hazelnut sauce with my churro bites. The prices are outrageous for such small portions, cold food, and forgotten items. The burger was the only positive part of my meal.
We ordered the couples deal, which included two burgers, chips, and chicken wings. It was a great value, and as always, the burgers were delicious. The chicken wings were nice and crispy on the outside, yet juicy and tender on the inside.
