I am allergic to many foods. The waiters have been very kind and attentive to my problem, they have made me feel very comfortable and they have contacted the kitchen so that they would have all the necessary care to make my sandwich. The cook put on gloves and prepared a new one for me instead of giving me one already made from the display case, so they are careful with cross contamination. The same cook came out to the table to hand me the sandwich with her gloves on and didn't take them off until after giving it to me. Excellent food safety measures. Exquisite attention. Good quality food with ingredient indications. We went to eat and due to allergies they prepared a new sandwich for us in the kitchen, despite there being several facts, so that there would be no cross contamination with other foods, since we had a person in the group with several allergies. Very kind and respectful. I recommend eating here.
