The baker moved from front to back of the house, and the assistant placed items on shelves that were almost full while the sales girl struggled with one customer at a time and the cashier awaited to ring up orders. Wouldn't things go faster if 3 of them could take turns taking orders then ringing them up? Would you expect in an airport gloved pastry shop workers to wear possibly face masks or hair nets?
