Paul Martin's American Grill - Pasadena

I have always enjoyed Paul Martin...because I came so frequently, I became familiar with the managers and a few of the staff...unfortunately, the managers changed several times within a short period of time. Now back to the present time, I support the creativeness that restaurants have found to keep their doors open...so thank you for that! Michael, our server, was very very good, as was our food...my only tiny tiny issue was that when I made the reservations on open table, I noted that we would be celebrating my husband's...it was actually that day...when I checked in, I also reminded the hostess of this who said she would inform our server...BUT, Michael was not made abreast of the occasio...

We had a great experience at Paul Martin's in Pasadena. We dined on the patio due to Covid restrictions. We had early reservations and were able to select our table. We mentioned that it was our ann8and the staff exceeded all expectations in terms of service, food quality and attention to detail. Our Guesr Srrvice Manager, stopped by a few times and provided us with complimentary champagne and a slice of chocolate cake to help celebrate our milestone. We've had many fine meals here, but our experience on July 24th was just amazing. Thank you all so much!
