As part of a holiday in conjunction with a bungalow boat we visited the restaurant with 4 people and we were all 4 very satisfied! The place is family business: Father (Koch,) wife and son (Service.) There is a very friendly climate, even if stress is recommended when all tables are completed! The dishes are freshly prepared. This sometimes takes a little longer, but then you can shorten the waiting time with conversations and the beautiful view of the Lake Krüpelsee very well. Prices are reasonable, partly favourable. Very nice cafe right on the lake with a nice outdoor area. The staff is very friendly, the food is served after you order it at the counter. The dishes on offer are freshly prepared and tasty, and the price performance ratio is ok here. The cafe is a bit hidden... you have to go on bravely the area is open to the public, even if only at second glance (holiday apartments, jetty,... We 'd love to come back! We were here for the first time in our vacation. We like it. Beautiful location on the lake. The food, the cake and the ice cream tastes great. Especially the friendly service. We'll be back on the next vacation. And recommend Paulines Hafencafé.
We were thrilled. Friendly people, they were treated like a personal guest, freshly prepared and served in a refined way. We were once at the opening and once shortly before the kitchen closure, always the same high level.
