Knowing rather well the region, I had never set foot in a restaurant of Collonges la Rouge. And if there's no, I'll say it's Pause. Located in front of the red church, the terrace offers a small family setting with fifteen tables. Speciality? The Corréen burger! Cantal, duck, smoky magret, red onions, accompanied by fries! For €15.5, it's worth it! It holds so much that a dessert is really not mandatory (desserts at 5.5€ . I didn't taste salted darts, but in the eye they look really consistent!
Very good service. Child menu fresh cooking. Very rare to report. Charming houses. Carpaccio beef and tuna Tres good and accompaniment For a balsamic ice and for the other pepper ice. The Hamburgers look delicious. Very good address in a nice place.
Restaurant chosen by chance, like what, it does things a few times well. We tasted a delicious omelette with ceps and a baba with the original and tasteful walnut liqueur. I strongly recommend.
