We LOVE Peace on Earth in Provo! They get fresh vegan gluten free pastries in on Tuesdays and Saturdays! We loooove the vegan brownies with frosting and the peanut butter bars. They have plant mylks and a great vegan tofu scramble. I wish there were even more vegan options, but honestly we’ll take what we can get. We love this place and come all the time!
This place has good coffee (in a town where good coffee is hard to find), and a bunch of nice vegan pastries. The portions and prices are decent. They also offer some vegan sandwiches, salads, and the like, but this is more of a coffee house with food offerings than a meal-oriented restaurant.
I love to order a coconut milk latte and a vegan GF peanut butter bar. I think they get the on bars in on Mondays and Fridays, they sell out quick. Great place to meet up with friends for coffee and brunch. I also liked the avocado toast.
Their vegan breakfast sandwich was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had. So good and fresh. Everything is made to order.
