Small restaurant/store with fresh seafood. You can buy fresh seafood here, they also have live lobsters in a tank. The Fish and Chips here is the best I've tasted in the West Island so far, priced at $ 14.95. The portion is generous, with fries, a slice of lemon and a delicious home made dipping sauce (you can ask for extra dipping sauce). If you're in a rush, you can call in advance to order your dish and by the time you get there, it's ready. Seating is limited (5-6 small tables) so I would not recommend for large groups. Friendly staff.
Pêcheur is the absolute best fish market in the entire city! They only serve the best quality fish and I always feel clean and healthy after eating there. In addition, the staff is very knowledgable and helpful. You can either pick up your fish and cook it at home or have an amazing chef cook it for you live on the spot. I eat there every week during the year and always buy food for the family during the holidays. The salmon, shrimp tacos, crab cakes, calamari, fish and chips are all personal favorites. I love pêcheur!
This humble seafood market has a the most fabulous fish and chips I've ever tasted! Cooked to order, the batter was light and crispy and the fish flaked beautifully. I'm not a lover of tartar sauce but theirs was so amazing, that was allI put on the fish. Even the coleslaw was awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the range of products is fantastic. They haven't seen the last of me! The staff told me to give the fish tacos a try next time ;)
My wife and I went there yesterday and stood at the back counter and listened to 4 guys talk about the hockey game,they completely ignored us,we were the only ones in the store.When my wife got closer to the counter the guy turned his back. We stood there feeling stupid for at least 3 mins.I know it doesn't sound long.....we were AT!! the counter! unreal never going back lot more fish in the sea (LOL!).Went to Jukebox and had burgers! They seen us!

Great fish market.But did you know that the also have a small kitchen that serves the best fish and chips in the West Islands?Been there a few times to get a quick meal, super fresh fish and sea food and the can actually grill it live for you! Can't be the price. No frill cocking. Only drawback is that they serve in papers plates, but seriously if your looking for great fish and sea food, don't miss out!
Took and fish and chips, and a fried calamari to share, the portions are huge and the food is great( not too oily and fresh) will definitely be going back to try more things on their menu!!!!
Good fish, well presented, no frills just good food. Staff was attentive and careful to present our selection, good advice on the fresh fish products.
Bought salmon to make tartar, very fresh. Also some scallops which were amazing. Service was great the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I went here to order lobster rolls, but they were out of lobster meat. The fish and chips were good, but I really wanted lobster rolls.
I have had lunch here several times always trying new fish's. Always served with a smile & very good.
