Despite having only one waiter working, he did his best to attend to all customers. The personal service provided by the waiter was excellent, but the overall dining experience was lacking as his attention was divided after the football match ended. This resulted in our food becoming cold as it sat waiting to be picked up. We brought this to the waiter's attention and received an apology, but no solution was offered to warm up the food. The menu was disappointing compared to previous visits to the Stanmore Branch, where the customer service and food quality were excellent. We booked this on a very busy day at The Hive as it was Barnet fc last league game. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the Lord who showed us to our seats looked very stressed out and it seemed as if he had to do with all the tables alone. There were no other employees around Two of our party had the Southern Fried Chicken Wings the chicken was nicely cooked, but there was certainly no Southern Fried taste in fact the coating tasted nothing! Luckily we had the sauces.

But here is my confirmation...only this is not the pecking order more the chairman bought it....ok can I have and gave order...reply no that is the pecking order menu we only bar food. So order Bar Food Can I eat kids with a drink... No for £6.50 you don't get drinks with it. Next food lasted more than 30 minutes to come without cutlery and cold ...from this perfect for a children's family birthday meal
Sadly don't recommend this restaurant at all, if you're after a good food experience. I guess it has a good vibe for an average pub (and food quality to match) but won't be going back! Overpriced for extremely unflavoured food and we were left waiting to seat and practically serve ourselves. Shame, because my bf loved it when it was back in Stanmore and highly recommended it. Disappointed!

I made a reservation through OpenTable for 5:45 PM on Sunday. My family and I arrived at the restaurant at 5:40 PM, only to be informed by the staff that they close at 6 PM. I was disappointed that they had no knowledge of my reservation and that we only had 20 minutes to order and eat our meal. I will not be using OpenTable again.
The food quality at this restaurant is excellent and the staff is very nice. Although we had to wait a bit too long for our drinks, we understand that it was the last day of the season and the restaurant was busier than ever. Overall, we forgive them for the delays due to their busyness.
The service was excellent but since the change to the men the choice is to restricted and the casting on the chicken is nowhere near as tasty as it was.
These were very tasty little sweeties! Tried lemon raspberry, chocolate, salted caramel, peanut butter-- all fab and just one quickie bite.

Our office ordered these 'cupcakes' on ubereats, tantalised by the lovely pics of seemed to be normal cupcakes.
