In response to the owner's reply: Your comments are misleading. The only disrespect we encountered was from the staff towards us as customers, starting from the moment I placed the order until I picked it up. It’s not our fault that you got offended when my husband pointed out the old, hard garlic powder on display for customers. The way you address your customers reflects why your establishment is often empty. We are more than willing to take our business elsewhere. Yes, the pizza was hard, cold, and stale, and I doubt it became that way in just five minutes after I picked it up, especially since I live only five minutes away (which was the only reason I ordered from you for convenience).
