Have been coming to this place for the past 3 years and I am always delivered with exceptional service and a smile from the manager Steve and his partner and her younger sister! (Sorry don't know their names) They make the best pizzas and Steve makes a mean spaghetti cab with chicken! And the conversation is always happy and good! Would highly recommend! However will not suggest to get food when they are not there! The 3 Asian people that' work on odd nights cannot make a nice pizza and have zero customer service skills!!!! If the manager and his crew have anything to do with your order it will be exceptional! Hats off to you guys...the food is pumping! Will follow you and your food any day...
Needed a quick, hearty meal for myself and family. At $34.90 for pizza, lasagne and garlic bread it was a midrange option. The pizza variety looks great, and we had the Sicilian which has artichokes and anchovies. OK, but there was nothing that really tied it together - felt like random ingredients thrown on pizza base, not like a meal. The lasagne I'm sure was shop-bought cheap brand transplanted into a takeaway container and heated. The garlic bread was barely warm and still bread (not crisp/toasted at all). Up side was it took 10 minutes, downside is you could tell. Would be happy to wait longer to get better quality food.
Went in last Saturday night to order two fettuccine carbonaras for takeaway. The service was great, however the same cannot be said for the pasta. The carbonara was bland and all i could taste was mushroom! Seemed to be alot of it in the pasta! Dissapointed as i was looking forward to a good pasta after work. My partner and myself ate about half each and couldnt eat the rest. Good prices, friendly service, but the food was a let down.

went to Pedros this week, ordered two pizzas $26 which is rather expensive for the size, had an added extra of a hair embedded into a slice, so a wasted pizza into the bin, wasnt going to travel the distance to get another or refund. Noticed the person at the cash register also made the pizzas and boxed them, no gloves after handling money and no hair net either. Wont buy from this place again
Unfortunately the way they cooked the chicken for this dish let me down. They strip the chicken from a pre cooked chicken instead to cooking it fresh, the down fall was that because the chicken wasn't freshly cooked with the pesto sauce it made the dish very dry. Pesto is my favourite dish. But I would never buy it from here.
Ordered a large seafood pizza. It was very expensive, and arrived very quickly too quickly, as the base was soggy and it obviously had not been cooked properly.The pizza was heavy with topping - some horrible "sea food mix", with an oddly sweet taste. The pizza was floppy and tasted as disgusting as it looked.
I ordered a large chicken supreme pizza $20 ---its the most expensive in Cairns I ordered without capsicum , it came with about 200 grams of capsicum and also the pizza was not cut up in 8 slices , it wasn't cut at all Oh well back to Dominoes

My son wantd to try the local pizzas and our lovely hosts Sharon and David at Reef Palms recommended to try this place. nice pizza and were able to do what we wanted to share a pizza with different toppings.
