I’m a big fan of Peet's, but after encountering an issue with my order and completing the survey—only to wait a week without receiving any response—I feel compelled to voice my concerns. This was my first time experiencing a problem, and finding multiple hairs in my drink is simply unacceptable.

Absolutely hit the mark! The Chicken Waffles Sandwich exceeded my expectations, and the Iced Pumpkin Latte was fantastic as usual. I give it a perfect 10/10!
The swirl cake was delicious, but unfortunately, the morning bun didn’t make it into my bag. The coffee was great!
