I?ve never had the urge to leave a review at a Peets Coffee shop before. I just had the most amazing experience. I bought a Chemex drip coffee maker along with some filters and two bags of coffee. At first I wasn?t sure what to buy, luckily I happened to come across one of the most knowledgeable coffee connoisseurs I?ve ever met. I was super impressed with their knowledge, conversational skills, and how patient they were with me. I have auditory issues sometimes and they made me feel extremely comfortable even though there were moments I had trouble understanding or comprehending certain things that were being said. Another great Outlet in the iconic chain this place has been here for over 20 years, and often you can see people mulling important decisions, meeting old friends, or bringing a pastry from the neighborhood and sitting at the outside tables as they have for years. For Peet's Coffee no, the coffee latte is the signature drink oh, and while it may not be absolutely perfect every time it is remarkably reliable in general, given the fact that there are so many young employees there, trying to make their way through a cruel world and they decide which path to take before becoming billionaires. Great staff!
I love Peet?s coffee, and I love Piedmont Avenue at 41st. Very artsy section of Oakland with a Bohemian flare to it. Lots of interesting shops to peruse and fascinating people to meet! Highly recommended! Enjoy!
Excellent friendly helpful staff. Extremely busy but that did not change staff demeanor. Quick turnaround for drinks.
