I've only had one encounter with a worker who seems a bit forced to be polite but she doesn't come off as rude. Half of the experience is the way you're treated in a food and/or beverage environment and the experience here is pleasant. I went to the peet's on Dimond for years and it's actually the one I worked at for a few years quite a while ago. My son and I were standing in front of the cashier about to place our order when this white American man rudely asked the cashier a question, then was allowed to make a purchase as if we were not there. "I mean we were standing right in front of her, he was over to the side and she helped him, I was so disappointed, "I 'm sorry sir but I 'll help you after I take their order would of been the proper then to do BUT we where dismissed like many of my people before me. I 've been going to this Pete 's since it opened, I thought we were served by order not by race. Shame on her!!! Shame on him!!!
I really like this location since moving here in January. But lately something has just been off. I always order on the app and it is never made correctly anymore. I get flavor of some kind and always have to go back inside because it is never put in. I can't have milk, so i always get oat, but it makes me wonder if the person making it is even actually looking at the order. I'm worried one day it'll be really wrong and make me sick. This hasn't been an issue until the past month or so, I don't understand what's going on.

We love going to this Peets for convenience and quality of coffee and food (which is why I gave two stars), however, waiting over 30 minutes for two coffees is crazy. I would rather drive to Montclair and get coffee from Starbucks. So disappointed.
Good store and good coffee. Not sure why but there seems to be a continuous issue with things being available on the app and then getting the same we ran out and didn 't have time to turn it off for ordering story. Getting real tired of this.

For a Peet's, this is a very nice one. Split level on two floors, all the usual peets offerings. Easy parking in this shopping center Good location. Free Wi-Fi.
