This place is so overrated. We were headed from Selinsgrove to Mansfield. We like supporting local restaurants. We googled best breakfast in Williamsport and thought we would try something new. Peg and Bill's came up at the top of the list with 4.6 stars. If this makes the top of the list, I'd hate to eat at the bottom of the list restaurants. It took 25 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. Then it took 30 minutes to receive our food. The food was cold, so much butter on our toast that we scraped a teaspoon off of each half slice. Toast tasted like it was toasted when the order was put in. My wife's sausage patties were black and my smoked sausage was black on both sides as well. T...

Horrible!!! It was one of the worst breakfast experiences. We sat down right away, and the waitress said she would be with us shortly. 25 minutes later, she came to get our drink order. Half an hour later or breakfast came. The eggs were cold, yolks were broke, the sausage was black, and the toast had so much butter that grade stuck to the roof of your mouth. Bill was cheap, and food was garbage. The place was filthy.

Drove from Toronto to Baltimore, and our group made a pit stop here. Hands down the best diner food I've had ever not to mention the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The owner came right up to our table, sat down, and had a great conversation about their origins! Food was pleasantly flavorful but significantly less greasy than most other diners I've been to. Wish they had a few of these in Toronto!

An unassuming little hole in the wall with the sort of country charm and decent food you would expect from this sort of place. Smells a little musty but that's part of the experience, right? I'd have breakfast here again.
