I really do not like writing negative reviews but I am so disappointed by my experience tonight. We have been going to this restaurant for many years and always loved the food and friendly staff. I made a reservation online for a table for two at 6pm and made a note to request a window seat. When we arrived I was told they did not have my reservation as they had been having technical difficulties with the site and messages were not getting through this week. Why did they not have a message on the site to this effect? We requested a table but could only have one in the other side of the restaurant that no one ever sits in. Therefore we chose to leave. Very upset and very disappointed.
Ordered a takeaway was advised would be ready in 30mins arrived after 30mins and then sat and waited for an hour whilst people coming in and ordering takeaways were served before me. No clear logic to processing orders. Complete and utter waste of my time and completely unacceptable. Delay blamed on staff shortage but then be realistic with time or stop taking orders and at least have a management process in place. Incredibly frustrating experience that I won’t be repeating.
Apparently this is my Grandson's favourite restaurant and hence he wanted to celebrate his birthday here. We had baked a surprise cake for the occasion. The staff couldn't have been more obliging to make the evening special; balloon, candles, music, etc. The food was excellent too. Big thank you from us!
Came for Sunday lunchtime buffet which was delicious. Lots of choice; soup, starters, duck pancakes, and several main courses as well as a couple of deserts. The food was hot and topped up regularly. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Ordered a takeaway from here last night for the first time. I just needed to say how amazing it was. Nicest Chinese food I have ever had and it arrived still very hot snd super fresh. Will definitely order again and thank you
Ordered food at 6 on news years eve for 830. Turned up at 10. 7 hungry children!! When chased just plain lied about where they were up to. Lost 3 families business tonight. Sad as food good. Never again!
This is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, my family and I loved it. We came out absolutely stuffed from the generous portion sizes. The staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back.
Food delicious as usual but service was very poor, there nearly 2 hours and only had starters. Really not good enough and needs to improve before we go again on a Saturday night

Absolute rip off!! £59 for 2 starter and 2 mains .. Singapore vermicelli Worse I’ve ever had nothing in it except 5 prawns onions abd peppers!! Shocking defo not recommend!!
Had a takeaway tonight awful Peking soup like water and absolutely no flavour Ribs under cooked Chicken ginger and spring onion flavourless
