Absolutely unbelievable! I went to pick up a DoorDash order, and I wasn’t the only one there. It seems they were refusing to prepare any orders for DoorDash, and they even shouted at customers who were inquiring about their food. A DoorDash representative tried to call them, and they just hung up! I'm honestly at a loss for words.
I really like this penn station. The cook here really knows how to make a great chicken teriyaki sub.The atmosphere here is laid back and the staff is very professional.There are bathrooms available for customers which are always clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Small ramp for wheelchair access
Everything is clean, and the sandwich is outstanding—definitely the best sandwich in Penn Station. The husband-and-wife team is very friendly, making the experience even better!
