I have always loved Penn Station, but have noticed the use of meat in recent years is less, so I always order extra meat, and also get the grilled mushrooms and onions. Went in last night ordered my usual, so i know what to expect, because I 've had it many times. It was a chicken cordon bleu, with extra meat, mushrooms onions. After all that it came to a little over $20, the only extra bought was a cookie. I quickly noticed, there was not extra meat because i order it the same way every time. In fact, i had trouble even finding chicken. Also I noticed there were 3 slices of mushrooms. Yes I went through the entire sandwich after my first bite, and I saw none, and noticed the regular amount...
Today my sub was sub par,i go biweekly,and today i got extra meat and cheese on my pizza sub sub, got it to go, and got home and there was no sauce,in what world do you make a pizza without sauce,my friend would not even eat his half and mine was bad but i had no choice coz i am a diabetic,i was very disappointed never before have they messed up my order,it sort of like mac without cheese horrible,it might take awhile before i go back coz it was $20 for something that was not even really edible,i guess the l got took,going back to Firehouse,never a disappointment
1st of all less meat on the 2 small phillys my 11 yo son and I got. We also got 1 large fry and 2 large lemonades. 2nd of all was the price for these 2 small meals was over $35 are you kidding me? 3rd was the lemonade behind the counter says and they claim fresh squeezed lemons. With lemons floating in the top. We actually own a lemon shake up stand and we have been fresh squeezing our shake ups for yrs. The 1st thing my son says is that 's not fresh squeezed that 's out of a machine. #1 for me was the outrageous price for myself and a child to eat here.
The manager was completely rude for no real reason. Luckily for him I have enough sense to not have escalated the situation into something he'd have no control of finishing. Not everyone will be as nice as I tried to be in the situation. So upper management, please have him do some sensitivity training before he enrages somebody who possibly has anger problems and is confrontational. Thanks and have a great day!

The food was okay but the one older staff member at this place was rude and acted mad that we even came in because he was about to walk outside I presume to take a break. Tried starting conversation but was pointless was just awkward feeling of being
Food was soooo fire! I got the small steak and cheese with fries and a lemonade! I was FULL! The food was hot and steamy. All of the employees were friendly, efficient and seemed like they knew most of the customers. Will be back!
