I visited the restaurant on Friday and encountered a situation that really affected my experience. There was a customer playing a slot machine who appeared to be asleep. I asked the bartender if she could wake him up so I could use the machine, but she said no, explaining that she had already tried to wake him and he was still sleeping. This went on for over three hours, and I became quite frustrated. I ended up leaving because I felt that he should have gone home to rest instead of sleeping in a business establishment. To make matters worse, his snoring was loud enough to disturb other customers.
