All expectations were far exceeded during our visit! We stopped by spontaneously and could hardly believe this lucky find: A wide range of offerings at extremely fair prices (Coupe Danemark in the picture CHF 6. and with the best quality (and great portions and we have probably never been served more pleasantly in Switzerland. Next time we will make the trip “just” to visit the Middle Balmberg. Thank you! Everything perfect!
The music played in a continuous loop... but the whole thing only lasted 4 seconds ; Service catastrophe, there are 5 of us who all got food 15 minutes apart. The table next door ordered a large children's menu. All in all, simply not recommended. Decoration very shabby. All the guests laugh at the service.
This weekend we were guests of Silvan in the reopened central Balmberg. It was simply brilliant. Very accommodating host and super delicious food at more than fair prices. In short, an all-round successful evening. Thank you very much! We'll definitely be happy to come back.
Meat was ok for a long time Salads not fresh frozen drowned in sauce and over seasoned Visually nice plates but below average to eat
