The restaurant has a very charming ambiance. I tried the cauliflower pizza and watermelon salad, both of which were seasonal items. The pizza was tasty, but not outstanding, while the watermelon salad left something to be desired. It could have been improved with a larger quantity of mint, rather than just a few leaves on top as decoration. The prices were reasonable and the restaurant is conveniently located near the High Line and Little Island.

My family lives in the city but we decided to stop by this restaurant for the first time on our way to Battery Park over Labor Day weekend. We were blown away by how amazing the food was! It was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the service and atmosphere were both excellent without feeling pretentious. We definitely plan on returning soon. Food: 5/5.

Shrimp salad tasty . Greek salad disappointing . Yellow lettuce the rare piece of feta, would not order this again. Chicken Parm also disappointing.breaded but not crispy, cheese not yummy, just odd, not what you expect. The pizzas looked great, but we didn't order because trying to eat less bread. You can hear people at your table which is nice.

Pepe Giallo is always good. Simple Italian food cooked well. It is a great neighborhood restaurant. All of the pastas are great, and they always have good fish too. I haven't tried the pizza yet, but I hear it's great. Definitely great value and great quality food! Book a table now

Food was barely mediocre. Drink list was limited. Heavy oil on food. Menu seemed like a step up from Oliver Garden. After the appetizer and a drink we decided to leave.

background music was too loud, a constant beat that eventually became softer, maybe someone complained. quiet or softer klavier background would have been much better.
