I took a meat terrine home meat/champion/green peat/calvados: a little fade. I think we have to leave the production of the terrines to the butchers. bluish rabbit cord in exceptional county: rich, tasteful, perfectly mastered - served very precisely with carrots and mushrooms in sauce and a purée. A very good time. the topping of the torched pies is bold. they are successful (nothing remains on the plates). rate finally not cheap. but service too slow: a person in the room. It's a limestone.
Arriving in this restaurant by chance, it became my favorite dungeon restaurant. I ate at lunch at 2. 2 beers 2 glasses of wine. very rich and very good, from the Alsatian specialties of good wine. ratio quality correct price. service was pleasant waiting time too. a redo in the evening to test a flamenkuch (sorry for spelling)
first visit to this establishment at the friendly and warm welcome. dishes are tasteful and original. and the crumble in dessert.just a tuerie as the young people say! the value ratio is excellent! I'll come back and advise this place!
