Will never ever eat at this place again! The managers or the waitress that waited on us does not care at all about the customer. My daughter paid for all of us to eat and her wrap was spicy and she can't have spice so she told the waitress and she did notcare to do anything about it. I called the manager later and they did not care to do anything about it either. So she gotdepressed. The food is expensive too just for everyday plain food. My salad was terrible. I could have made better at home.
I have grown up going to Peppinos! First in standale and then Jenison when we moved there! I have always been extremely happy with both food and service! It is nice to see the same faces for many years and employees who care about the small business! They are always so quick to fix anything (which mostly is never necessary) and go above and beyond! Thank you all and keep it up!
We had our rehearsal dinner in their private room and it was phenomenal!!! The communication with Lindsay was so smooth and quick, and the service that night was outstanding. Prices were not too high. The food was so absolutely tasty, we want to comeback (from out of town) just to experience it again!! Seriously, everything was perfect! Couldn’t recommend this placeenough!!!

Peppino's has great food and excellent customer service! Anyone with such extreme hostility over one incident is most likely exaggerating ... Pretty easy to read between the lines. Good customers receive good customer service.
We have been eating Peppinos pizza for at least 30 years. Grew up on it living in Standale. Love having one out this way to continue the tradition.
This is arguably the best pizza you can find in West Michigan. These people really know how to craft an amazing pie. Trust me!
