I've been to a bunch of the top tasting menus in nyc but this one definitely lives up to the hype (along with Atomix and the original eleven madison). Love the excuse to get extra dressed up. Oysters and pearls is so beautiful and memorable and purely delicious no wonder its the most famous dish in the country she really is that girl and the dessert course really brings the wow factor. I don't think any of the supplements we added on were worthwhile (we added on the foie gras and the wagyu which ended up being an extra $200+ on an already $1200+ meal and thats without alcohol) so unless you're a huge fan I'd just stick with the actual menu. Went for Downtown Dining Week. This restaurant was on the $35 list, however service was significantly below that level. There was a long wait between courses, but plates were not cleared off the table until the next course arrived. Our server appeared very disinterested in our table. It also took a long time for drink orders to be delivered. New silverware was not provided and I was explicitly asked to remove my fork from the plate so the server could clear the plate. The food was decent to good, but nothing special. None of these issues would be that bad had they not all occurred or had the restaurant been on the $25 list instead.

Food was absolutely amazing! Service was somehow even better thanks to Isaiah and their entire staff. We have traveled the world trying to eat at as many Michelin star’d restaurants that we can and this one tops our list. We had the unfortunate experience dining at La Bernardin the night before so we had very high hopes for Per Se and they far and away exceeded our expectations. All I can say is WOW! One of my favorite dining experiences so far. Book a table now

This could be a gem of a place but the night we dined, they were short on waitstaff , the food took a long time to get to our table and then seemed overdone. Unfortunately, it was too cold, otherwise, this looks like the perfect place for sitting outside on the patio with a view of the river, open air and energetic city vibes.

I have loved this restaurant any other time I've gone, but, for downtown dining, the food was outright terrible. All three of us HATED the food, and it's unfortunate that I place I've highly regarded in the past could serve such horrendous food. Extremely disappointing and a giant waste of money and time.

Wow was perfect. I could go on and on upgraded to wagyu perfect. All the treats just great. Caviar a HUGE dessert it’s that good and worth it! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

Food was not hot, luke warm at best. Server couldn't answer simple questions about the menu or the fireworks cruise after dinner. Very disappointed with the whole meal. Fireworks we're awesome! Book a table now
