Mother’s Day, online order said ready in 10 minutes. Showed up 15 min later only to wait an extra 1/2 an hour in the store while my wife and baby sat in the car. They said 10 min, but I got my order 45 min later, no exaggeration. Ruined our breakfast for Mother’s Day. I told them politely about my order 3 times (2 of the 3 times it was an employee asking me; I did not pester them). When they finally decided to make it, there was no priority over anyone in-store. The in-store line turned over multiple times as I patiently stood there. Manager never acknowledged it and there was not so much as a simple “sorry” when it really should have been refunded. If you can’t handle the volume…don’t open...
We were at a nearby event and I decided to order sandwiches for the 5 of us from Perfecto's since it was nearby to the event. The fact that they only offer sandwiches on a bagel or a wrap was weird, but due to time crunch I ordered anyway . The wraps were huge, but unfortunately were mostly lettuce. We ordered 5 different wraps (well actually 4, as I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken, but they took it upon themselves to make it as a wrap. All 5 wraps were mostly lettuce with the tiniest amount of meat. Oh, and my son had bones in his honey BBQ chicken wrap. Definitely not worth the $10 to $11 we were charged for them. I would not order from here again.
The restaurant doesn't seem like the Perfecto's I remember. It feels like you're inconveniencing the staff when placing your order. After receiving your order, you must wait until the five or more staff members finish their other tasks before you can pay. If you only order a half dozen bagels, they will pack them into a bag that is too small. The bagels are still delicious, but if you're not in a hurry, it's best to keep driving.
Excellent bakery coffee shop. I came here to eat and drink tea while I worked. The exterior and interior have a minimalist design aesthetic. A medium-sized parking lot and street parking are available. The Iced Tea was from a pre-made jug, but it tasted delicious, if a bit strong. The bagel was delicious with copious quantities of cream cheese. Excellent value, service, and WiFi connectivity, with an overall positive experience.

Julisa, Sue, Gisela, and Flor offer exceptional customer service at this restaurant! I originally went there because it was close to my job, but I am so glad I did because the food is incredible, especially the pastries! I now get lunch from them regularly. Highly recommend this place! ?
Been going here for 12 years. Food is good. Atmosphere is unwelcoming, covid changed everything. Staff did not acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes and no one was in front of us. Talking amongst each other.
I enjoyed this nice little bakery. The bagels were pretty good, and my kids enjoyed a few pastries. Definitely a good place for breakfast or a sweet treat.
Perfecto's is always a favorite when I am in town! I do wish they would start offering a non-dairy cream cheese option like cashew cream cheese.
