To make matters worse, we weren’t even offered water to start, which felt quite absurd. I attempted to find the waitress or anyone at the front register for assistance, but there was no one available. We ended up leaving feeling very disappointed. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go to the Maple Grove location or any other Perkins instead of this one. Although it may be more convenient to go here, the service is lacking. I only gave it two stars because, on the rare occasions when I was served properly, the food was good. However, they really need to improve their staff service. I won’t be returning here anymore.

As for the rest of our experience, we were given plenty of time to catch up, although it took an unusually long time for our food to arrive. Unfortunately, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell reminiscent of a high school locker room, and the floor appeared to have gone unvacuumed since the Trump administration. Furthermore, the host had to clear our table himself due to the lack of staff assistance, and the management seemed either overwhelmed or disconnected from the situation. Overall, this restaurant would have received just one star if it weren't for Lisa's outstanding service.

The restaurant seemed to have some issues during my visit on the morning of November 8th. My hash browns were inconsistently cooked—one side was as hard as concrete while the other was soft. The eggs Benedict weren’t prepared properly either; they were overcooked. It felt like customers were just being rushed in and out. While I’ll continue to dine at this Perkins, I think I’ll wait a few months until the management gets everything sorted out. Book a table now
It's been 10 years since I last visited this restaurant, and today’s experience reminded me why I hadn't returned in so long. Our food arrived missing a couple of items, our drinks were served in dirty cups, and we had to sit at a messy table. To top it off, the waiter tossed our straws at us and stomped off while fetching our water.
This restaurant is excellent! The food is consistently outstanding, and the service is generally quite good. However, there is one server who can be quite rude and often appears irritated. Fortunately, everyone else I've encountered has been incredibly friendly!
The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. There never seems to be enough staff on hand; while the employees are friendly and willing to help, they’re so stretched thin that they can’t provide the proper attention to their customers.
