I had a very bad experience last time. my waiter (who was a man I think his name was there) was very rude. when I ordered a man, he asked for an article on the menu, instead of politely responding, the guy said that 's why we have a menu. it was so disrespectful. this is literally your job as a waiter to know if it is on your menu. Anyway, even though we were treated like this, we still hoped that the experience would turn around. when our order finally arrived, it was wrong when we tried to fix the problem hopefully. tonight after perkins and waited for 45 minutes to sit! we were the first in the line! there was 1 cook and lori the manager was beyond rude! she told us that it was our choice to wait or go. she was not rude! if they don't have the personal to serve, why are they open! we were a group of 10! a manager should know when they accept that they cannot be open! the workers were also rude to tell us to go if we didn't know how they were running! we were just there to eat and have a good meal. i've been to this perkins 4 times in my 72 years of life. i birthed my first two babies right in one of the booths and still got my skillet right on time. it had a few hairs in it but that's the love of perkins! i would highly recommend perkins to anyone over the age of 12, who drives a f-150, or who is nearsighted and needs glasses! amazeballs!
I ordered last week perkins for my children. they forgot the half of our order, I called back and the manager jesse made it right with me. this place has good food and I don't keep rolling. thank you for having made it right with a solid customer!
